When by blowing incessantly into their glistening spheres the ball-players applied in the cosmic breath, aided by their settled intellect and through feeling and understanding, those forces that stimulate unity and diversity then the perfect worlds of the gods and the giants unfolded.

The creation began to stream forth in all its diversity of the lively nature like a mighty, irresistible wellspring.

“And between the cosmic pillars of the worlds of the gods and of the giants the world of man blossomed in all its diversity.

Within this restful, flowing diversity of the cosmic mind the sun- and moon-senses of their understanding followed the gleaming streams of light like radiant birds.
