During his long cosmic development every individual has thus developed the most varied desires. As long as he is not able to fulfil them completely nor to give them a sufficient dowry - as nature expects from him - he will send them into the world like minor children.

Now all his unfulfilled desires people the creation like creatures in their own right and wait - their expectant eye always directed at their creator like at a father - for the great hour of their fulfilment which they expect from him.

“In the course of time the desires often call on him and ask for their fulfilment; these are the moments when we make the experience that we remember the desire, whereas in reality the desire pushes itself into our field of inner perception - just as here on the clearing the many beings and things press into the foreground.

“If, however, man has not learned to give his desires wholesome food then he cannot satisfy them - even if he has tried very hard, in the case of some particular desires, even over very long spaces of time, to finally fulfil them so that they stop following and annoying him.

“Once created, the desires behave much like newly born children who go towards their father and ask him for food as soon as he appears; for he is their creator and thus the appropriate responsible person to whom they turn spontaneously.

“If man now learns, here on the Island of Happiness, how to make use of the inexhaustible sources of omnipotence he is able to fulfil all his desires - those of the present as well as those of the past, some of which are now running behind him since time immemorial, keeping him restless and busy asking him to fulfil them completely at long last.

The power that is required, the one exercising reaches only when he has arrived, during his systematic development, in the rings of cognition where the mightiest exercises of power take place.
