And the ring of cognition, where the ballplayers conducted their exercises, was the true basis for the creator of the starry world who was the third to perform his exercise; this is the proper, the cosmic standpoint of mankind - the seat of the natural dignity of man.

“In the height of the middle and the inner ring of cognition in the light of the moon - where we saw the smiths at work on the clearings creating the wonder-ring and the magic wand - this is about where the main dominion of the moon-alfs lies;
and in the height of the middle and the inner ring of cognition in the light of the sun - where, in the clearing, we witnessed the herdsman with his wishing-cow summoning all his desires and then fulfilling them - about there the main dominion of the sun-alfs lies; and from the forest of the quiet ways, from the transcendence, unfolds the domain of the giants down to the rings of the mind and beyond.

Here however, in the inner ring of cognition in the light of the sun, lies the border to the domain of the gods; and this magic world unfolds into the opposite direction of the world of the giants.
