And so again something inconceivable happened:
within a relatively short time the premature birth rate among high-risk pregnant women, which had risen due to the nuclear accident up to 14%, was reduced from 14% to 6.2% – that’s almost 60% less prematurity alone in this high-risk group, and the nation’s overall premature birth rate eventually even fell to 4.1%: due to the medical use of the harmony laws of the microcosm of music via Medical Resonance Therapy Music®.
Since all applications and research studies took place under official scientific supervision, it is not surprising that the Medical Resonance Therapy Music® of the classical composer and musicologist Peter Hübner and his scientific and artistic application of the laws of harmony of the microcosm of music in medicine were very quickly recognized and established as a new branch of scientific medicine.
What now matters most, especially also in the context of the new nuclear accidents of Fukushima, is a strengthening of research and development: an activation of further investigation into the harmony laws of the microcosm of music and its beneficial application in medicine, because there are quite a few experts in the world, who point out that the nuclear accidents in Japan can still assume very different and more alarming proportions than the one in Chernobyl.
But also for those affected by the Chernobyl accident, further research and development is needed. Radiation acts like a slow poison, it has been shown.
In the various scientific studies so far it remained also largely unclear, how the Medical Resonance Therapy Music®, or the harmony laws, are able to bring about the dramatic improvements in detail.
Next to other studies there are currently also scientific investigations in preparation, which shall verify the extent to which the body is stimulated by Medical Resonance Therapy Music® to discard stored radioactive substances – what according to preliminary investigations in Belarus 27 years ago is considered very likely.
These investigations are being prepared under the auspices of the INTERNATIONAL PHILHARMONY FOUNDATION in cooperation with the NATIONAL RESEARCH CENTER FOR RADIATION MEDICINE OF THE ACADEMY OF SCIENCES OF THE UKRAINE, of the MEDICAL UNIVERSITY MINSK, Belarus, and in cooperation with professors of the AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF STRESS, USA and the UNIVERSITY OF MAGDEBURG, Germany.

“Politicians may want to play a nuclear accident down for all sorts of reasons, but they must consider that it is about the interrelation of natural laws which can not be bought and bribed and can also not be blackmailed – both on the side of the radioactive radiation as on the side of the neuro-physiological functions in human beings, animals and plants under the influence of this radiation – but also when applying the harmony laws of the microcosm of music as those laws that govern the entire universe: from quantum physics to the movement of the stars, from health to disease and from well-being to decline; and they have to consider that it is about the harmonising influence of the cosmic harmony laws on all further laws of nature: from the level of a superior function.”
“There is no progressive way around the laws of harmony”, says Peter Hübner, “and who thinks he can ignore them, will end up in nothing, at best, and concerning medicine ultimately in sickness: because modern chrono-medicine has shown, that the laws of harmony are built into our biological system, and that the functions of the harmony laws keep us alive, and that it is medically proven by now that the disease begins where the function of the harmony laws subsides – also independently of any kind of nuclear accidents.
And since the laws of harmony, according to current knowledge, stand above the laws of nature, as a kind of ‘super-natural’ laws, and govern the laws of nature from a kind of transcendental world, that is, beyond the point of origin of nature – which is not difficult to understand for a classical composer like Beethoven or Mozart or Haydn or Brahms or Bach or Händel or Wagner or Schumann or Schubert or Puccini or Bruch or Grieg or today also not hard to understand for me”, says Peter Hübner, “therefore the harmony laws are also ideally suited to help here in the nuclear disaster, because they also determine the inner workings of atoms and their radiation, as they also determine the inner workings of the human organism – as has been established by chrono-medicine.
The problem of the nuclear disaster – making it a disaster – is only a problem of lack of coordination: of the nuclear laws and the associated natural radiation with the laws of harmony.
Regarding the sun such explosions do not upset us, but on earth the problems arise from a lack of efficiency of the neuro-physiological functions of the organisms, including the human organisms, and from the large disease potential in the present generation and/or from the insufficiently activated health potential.
The oracle of Delphi gives already the answer in early times – and this answer probably comes from the most famous music expert in theory and practice: from Orpheus;
